We understand that you may no longer wish to receive a mailing and have made every effort to simplify the process of removing yourself from our list:

• Use our automated web tool by following the unsubscribe link in the received email to our Email Options page; or
• REPLY to the received email with REMOVE in the SUBJECT line; or
• FORWARD the received email to 411@steamworksonline.com and request to be removed

Your removal will be processed immediately via any of these options and all future emails will cease within 72 hours.

Information Privacy & Sharing

Steamworks maintains completely separate severs and technologies for our website, email and Point-of-Sale.  All membership data through our P.O.S. system is kept encrypted and separate from all other technologies utilized by Steamworks.

Steamworks, SteamworksOnLine.com & Steamworks.tv takes precautions (including administrative, technical, and physical measures) to safeguard your personal information against loss, theft, and misuse, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.  This also includes the responsibility to not share or sell any personal information provided with anyone.

• Comply with the law or legal process served on Steamworks;
